I have a 2003 s60. The radio reception has gotten very staticky even when set on a very local station--mostly AM, but also FM. Usually a bump in the road will set it off. The odd thing is I can improve the reception by pressing the electric door lock--either to lock or open. I will usually have to press and depress several times to keep reception clear. Sounds like an electrical issue--any ideas as to how I make the adjustment.

 

Check out Service Bulletin 39-0018 and 39-0025. Dealer charged me $5 for the tiny brass strip that grounds the antenna unit located on rear drivers side post. Not that big of a deal to fix and the radio works great.
