When I turn the wheel completely to limits during a slow tight turn, I will occassionally hear a load screeching noise, and feel a slight shimmy that only subsides when I stop or come out of the turn. This does not seem normal. What is causing this? Thanks!

 

If the steering stops aren't lubbed it will cause the noise you talk about.
