Default Steering trouble 02 volvo s60 awd

I had replaced my front brakes with new pads and rotor, but suddenly the car does not feel the same in steering wise anymore. I think I bolted the rear brace, which has the tabs at the end, that helps hold the brake caliper in place wrong. Does anybody know what I talking about? If so do the tabs face down and inwards or reverse? Becuase I have notice that the lower control arm bushings are being touched by these tabs. Now the car has an oversteering feel. Do the tires need to be torqued to a certain spec or does that not matter?

Found the problem! The the bushings are torn.
