Default Still Missfiring after new coils 2.5T 04

On my 04 with 120K miles on it, i have a missfire on cyl #4 and sometimes on cyl #3.
I buy the car with this problem, i changed all the coils and the sparks, all originals from volvo.
But the problem persits on this cylinder #4.

The cars needs 2 seconds to start.

After the car starts, if i clear the codes i can ran 500 miles without the code apearing again.

The problem just appears when i start the car, after that the car runs fine.

Also the battery is new.

Could it be a leaking injector? I don't think of a compression problem, cause the car once started runs like a champ.

Any ideas???

Thank you!

Other issues that can cause a misfire would be faulty injectors, spark plugs, bad compression, bad head gasket etc.

In case it's a bad compression problem, don't you think that the car will lack power?
Arter the car starts the car runs pretty fine.

I firstly don't think coils would cause misfire only when starting the car. So probably the coils weren't bad.

Given it happens only at start up, I would also go first with a bad head gasket - watch the antifreeze level when cold, over a period of time. Also I would check if the fuel pressure is right when starting the car - to see if the fuel pump works fine.
