Hi all,

Wanted to get peoples suggestions when it comes to storing a car for a 15 month period...

I believe the following are reqiured:

1 - Disconnect Battery
2 - Lift car off the ground by the suspension, so tires do not hang.

I friend of mine stored his car and drove it up on styrafoam blocks, appartently this eliminated flat spots on his tires.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated,

 

I'm just interested in knowing what happens if you just let your car sit in the garage for 15 months.

A friend of mine told me that his customer lefthis car in the garage for 9 months since he had to go to Iraq.

When he came back and started the engine, there was knocking and then theengine died.
