Is it the one with the Offset pins?

You should be able to find them at pretty much any Auto Parts store.

+1 and also get some bulb grease when you are replacing them. It keeps them from shorting out.

At the dealer. Parts like these are covered for 10 years. Give the dealer a call to confirm.
