Too Lean and too Rich

Too Lean and too Rich
I have a 2013 S60 T5 FWD with 150K miles. CEL turned on and showed an ECM-P01711 System to lean (Bank 1) and an ECM-017200 System too Rich (Bank 1). Researched these 2 code and found a MAF sensor problem was a common contributor, so I change the MAF, cleared the code and drove it. CEL lit up in 10 minutes with the same 2 codes. What would cause the car to run too lean and too rich at the same time? Has anyone else had this issue?
Thanks

Problem with fuel trim issues is there's several things that can contribute - the MAF is just one of them. Have you checked for air leaks? Did you check fuel pressure? Do you have a tool to monitor run time data on the front O2 sensor (since its reporting the trim data to the ECU)? Have you checked your system voltage (low system voltage can throw all sorts of false positives)? Other sensors like the ECT can also fool the ECU to miscalculate.
