2004 S60 with Bi-xenons. Coming home from the hospital last night my low and high beams wouldn't light. Toggled from all three headlight switch positions and nothing !![Mad](https://volvoforums.com/forum/images/smilies/mad.gif)
Checked this morning and they are still not working, nothing. Parking lights are OK. Husband checked fuses 17/18 (10amp) and they are good. What could be the problem? I don't think all four bulbs could go out at the same time, could they?
Thank you.

OK, found the issue. There is a fuse panel, drivers side. Access is through the side of the dash with the drivers door open. #1 fuse is for all headlight functions and it is a 15a and it was blown. Don't know the cause, still trying to determine. However, I replaced the fuse and now all headlights are functioning as they should….for now.
I found a great set of wiring diagrams for download here. I hope posting this link is permitted.
