Hi guys,

I'm looking at buying a 2001 T5 with 49000km on the clock 1 owner full service history. Timing belt has been replaced also. I noticed the brakes seemed extremely touchy at slow speeds and if I wasn't very carfull I felt like I would go through the windscreen. The modulation seemed a bit odd to me but perhaps it is due to driving a renault clio 172.

Also the steering wheel controls for volume and FF and RR didn't work but the cruise control did. What could be the problem there?

The car is immaculate otherwise and has been well cared for.

I found out the problem....somebody had turned on the in built phone which disables the audio controls for the radio.
