Go to IPD and pick up the flush kit and fluid.12-14 quarts.the hole deal shipped is $130 .www.ipdusa.com
This is a very easy thing to do the fluid is 3309 and the flush is done threw the driver side on the radiator. I used lower line drivers side sliped the IPD hose (on to the In line) and start flushing You can also use the upper line but you have to put the hose in the Radiator(Out line).Start the car with hose in something you have marked at 2 quarts Flush. Then with funnel put 2 quarts down the dipstick. Do this untill the Fluid runs Bright Red.Took me 12+ until i was getting the new fluid. This is why i say 14 quarts it takes 12 to flush system.

There are a ton of other fluids that meet the JWS 3309 spec, just read the back of the bottle and you should be OK.

You can buy the Mobil 3309 at this website below which is much cheaper than IPD. I have used them before & they are very reliable.
