Default transmission performance low? when hot

Recently bought 2012 S60 T4, 188K Km on clock.

pretty rough changing through the low gears, it shifted into neutral or not engaged after 20 min drive.

So I have changed fluid DCT fluid and flashed twice, checked level three times.

It drives more smooth and no problems at the first 20-30 min. But it shifts into neutral or not engaged when driving uphill, just like it does not know what to do.

Today it showed : transmission performance low, I turned it off then turned it on again, every was back to normal.

I have no ideals what's wrong with it. can anyone share some thoughts ?

I have removed the TCM and cleaned those solenoids, tested and they are in working condition.

then I also removed cooler, found it's half blocked.

checked the level again.

it's working perfectly now.

it's the cooler caused me a headache.

BOught two bottles Penrite DCT ,about 8 L, removed cooler and lines, flushed everything.

I put mechatroinic in first then valve body, so you don't need to remove coolant hose and drain it.

I niearly filled 8 L, only about 2-300 ml left.

It's fresh internal filter and external filter and every solenoids works like charm.

It's working beautifully with any issues or shuidder.

Temp was up to 91 then thermal stat kicked in, cooler started working, Temp drop to 80-85 when driving.

NO codes whatever.

It looks like it's caused by clotted internal filter. look how dirty it's.
