Hi all

I have a 2013 S60. Do you guys recommend undercoating? I am in Ontario so we get a decent amount of snow and thus salt on our roads. Curious what you guys recommend?

factory undercoating and related paint processes should be good enough - my opinion (and Consumer Reports's) is that there's little value add in spraying more goop on factory undercoating. Besides its likely to trap more brine than not and the typical rust spots are in those nooks where the treatment won't find. My approach has been to use a car wash that offers an underbody spray option to periodically wash off the accumulated dirt and salt. Oh and do a nice long drive when it rains :-)
