This is my upper engine mount. Does it need replacing?

Not a very good picture but it looks broke.

 

have someone sit in the car and pull the ebrake up. you watch the mount as the person inside gives just a little gas and if the motor moves excessively replace it. I just bought a 03 and it had a bad one the dealer payed for the part and i put it on cause I like when i know its done right. take about 25 mins to replace

 

Can you move the torque arm with your hand? Does the mount move? If so, imagine how much stronger your engine is. Do you see a tear? Should provide for smoother shifting with a new one. Place it in gear and see how it moves when gear is engaged.
