Default V60-2015-Hybrid- Back on road after accident

Hello,

I'm Radu from Romania and I think that this will be a long/very long thread if you'll help me. 2 weeks ago I had the opportunity to buy an used Volvo V60 Hybrid from 2015 as a bargain due to fact that it's a crashed car. Many of you would tell that I'm crazy starting such rebuild project alone but in fact it's a very satisfying hobby. I do everything by myself in my garage and I just started to complete the list with parts that I need in order to put this Volvo back on road. I'll not sell this car, I just want to keep it in the family to be daily car for my father in law which is taking care of my 2 daughters. I decided to buy this Volvo knowing that it's a safe car so I really hope to see it soon working properly.

The front of the car is damaged and steering wheel & passenger airbag is deployed. I ordered the dashboard from US and it will arrive mid Jul. The price was brilliant just 60USD + transport. Steering wheel airbag is ordered and I still need to buy the passenger airbag which I saw that it fits from Ford ( Kuga for sure).

The first question that I have is where are the front impact sensors on Volvo V60 Hybrid? I'll change airbags, belts and I heard that I need to replace also those sensors in order to be able to delete SRS faults from airbag module.

Thank you so much for your prompt answer. I'll update here all steps of the development.
