Involved in getting the water out, or involved in stopping the water from getting in?
When did the water appear in the light, after rain, or did you drive it through a flooded area?

Barring anything being broken it could be from a bad lens seal or other seal. How much water is in it? A lot? A little? Enough to house a goldfish?

thanks, Heh, no goldfish. Just looks like condensation on the inside of the lens. Just from rain. Did not drive it through a flood.

The inside of the headlight housing can get pretty hot with headlights are on and air pressure inside can rise. Then when the lights are turned off the housing cools and, if it cools rapidly, can create a vacuum. If there are any leaks in the seals it is possible the housing can draw moisture into the housing.

Just replaced Dust Covers back of headlight on 2001 S80 T6 driver side, they had moisture running down the inside,so far they are clear as a bell. Covers are about $12.00 each.
