Water in the drivers side headlight...
Involved in getting the water out, or involved in stopping the water from getting in?
When did the water appear in the light, after rain, or did you drive it through a flooded area?

The inside of the headlight housing can get pretty hot with headlights are on and air pressure inside can rise. Then when the lights are turned off the housing cools and, if it cools rapidly, can create a vacuum. If there are any leaks in the seals it is possible the housing can draw moisture into the housing.
