Where is it?
I looked in the dash side fusebox - not there.
I looked in the trunk fusebox - not there. . .

I'm stumped. . . any help?

what is in socket 11 of your fuse box behind the cover that's under the dash beneath the steering wheel?

 

Hmm, when we had seat warmers installed in a 2012 S60 years ago and I know they tapped into that circuit because I inadvertently tossed some keys into the console while the decorative plug was out of the socket and it shorted. Of course neither the seat warmers nor the 12v socket would work. I could not find that fuse and so took the vehicle to where they installed the warmers and they replaced the fuse which was located in some non intuitive place and I believe it was near or under the glove box somewhere.
