Difficulty in finding fuse for lighter socket for S60
Should be number 13 in the side of the dashboard.

Not in my '05 S60R. It was the #11 fuse in the fuse box under the dash in not so easy location. You'll need a tq bit to remove the cover though, if in fact it's there.
Each model year had a different fuse layout.
What year is your S60? If it's not the '01 like Anjow mentioned or the '05 like I have. Look here to find the correct online owners manual for your car.
The fuse your looking for is called the "12-volt sockets".

Yep, should be #11 under the dash...

Like i said, you need a tq bit to get the cover off, and being flexible helps.... lol.

Did you have success replacing the fuse for your cigarette lighter socket?
I use the socket to recharge my cellphone on the road. A friend stuck a pen in the socket, and it sparked, a little bit of smoke, and then it won't charge anymore. So I need to check the fuse to see if it is blown.
