Angry Windshield washer woes

My 2017 s60 T6 has been an excellent driver, but recently the windshield washer quit working (the headlight washers operate a bit). The reservoir tank was almost empty, but when I added fluid, it drained out onto the ground. I then replaced the tank, but the draining continued with the new tank. All hoses appear to be in good shape and clear of blockage. I would suspect the pump, but the headlight washers operate. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

here's a parts diagram

looks like there's an o-ring between the washer pump and the reservoir....

Good suggestion on o-ring between washer pump and reservoir, but the solution turned out to be a bad connection buried in the left-front fender near the cockpit. The car had been in an accident several years ago and the body shop didn’t “snug” the connection tight enough. Took awhile to find someone (other than dealers) who had the necessary wiring diagrams. Thanks to all!
