Default Won't start in cold

I have a 2007 s60 2.5t and I cannot get it to start when the weather is below 40 degrees. The check engine light is on and it is reading the Mass Air Flow Sensor is bad, yet I replaced the MAF Sensor and have plugged it in and it is reading exactly as it supposed to as it is working properly. I have also changed the crankshaft position sensor and the camshaft sensor, also I have replaced the fuel pump because it is reading that the fuel is too rich and has a high idle. The wires look shot connecting to the engine, but if they were truly the problem, I feel as if I would have trouble in the warm weather as well. We thought it may be the battery, as it was 3 years old and sometimes we would be able to recharge it and get it to start, so we replaced the battery. No luck, now it just doesn't die when I try and crank it. I have spent so much money replacing each part, as any of you know sensors are not cheap. I don't know what to do anymore and none of my friends who are also mechanics can figure it out. Please has any one figured out what it could be?

did you test the engine coolant temp sensor? At 40F the resistance should be in the 7000 ohm range - at 70F should be around 3000 - this tells the ECU how to enrich the start mixture. the sensor plugs in under the thermostat cover - just trace the top radiator hose to block.

I solved the issue with my S60. I was using a dorman PEM. Replaced with used genuine Volvo PEM, fires right up under 32F outside.
