2015 V60 D4 clutch and break to start.

2015 V60 D4 clutch and break to start.
So after fitting a new clutch master cylinder. Now I have to press the clutch and break pedal to start the car.
I know the clutch switch is working. As when stop start cuts in I just press the clutch and it starts up again.
also no faults found on diagnostic Machine. Has anyone came across this.
