Xenon Headlamp cost!
So I have a 2007 S60, about 60,000 miles on the odo. The headlamps (Xenon) are already faded and heavily oxidized (nevermind that my 2005 Honda is 2 years older with 20,000 more miles but the headlamps look pristine). I got a kit and tried to buff them out, and it helped, but the oxidation is also INSIDE the lenses, lucky me.
So I figure I'll look into getting new lenses. Halogens are $200 (ouch), but the Xenons are $915 on Ebay. Is this standard? If so, I'm wondering how Volvo can justify charging so much for such a substandard product.
About THIS close to listing my S60 on Craigslist so I can cut my losses . . .
