Default xenon lowbeam headlight failure

My LH side head light (low beam) is not working, due to a large rock smashing the glass, I have checked the bulb and the ignitors, both are fine, I also checked all fuses and they are ok, message comes up on screen dipped low beam failure, then, head light failure, then multiple bulb failure, but RH headlight is working fine, Im not sure if the head light leveling is effected, last night it had a little spark coming from the bulb, but now no spark, what things should I check or what could be causing it?
Many Thanks Ben

The ballast might have gone bad.

The ballast should be under the headlight.
You need a new ballast.
