I feel you, well im gonna go down Monday night talk to him and his boss and see if they seem like honest guys. I talked to the guy on the phone for about 30 min the other day and he told me everything he did and seems like a stand up guy.

Wait till you test drive it. Check every aspect of the car engine and all. See how the guys react in person. See how they treat you in person. Check the tires for wear, if they are bald or closing in on being bald I'd stay away. That means they are beating on it more then likely A LOT.

I know a S70 T5 is hard to find and everything, but sometimes it is too good to be true. Most of the time it is too good to be true.

Like I said before I'd stay away from it, but that is me. I just past on a nice looking Audi because when I wanted to take a test drive in it... One the tires were bald and secondly the front drivers side tire was flat and thirdly when the guy went to go fill the tire up with air before he even took it into their garage he opened the hood and was pouring something into the engine. Be it oil or whatever. It was coming from a big purple jug. For the miles it had and the price it was too good to be true. So while waiting for him to fill the tire with air I just kindly told him I would be back at some other time. It also took him like 10+ minutes to fill the tire with air. Plus while he did it the hood was opened. So I wont be going back to check that car out.

yeah, well this guy owns 2 other nice cars an rx330 and a benz. Hes opening a shop up himself in North Jersey, so we shall see, he didn't seem to be hurting for money and listed it on craigslist for $4000, he didn't want less than $3500, but I managed to talk him down to $3300. But a nice t5 that can toast g35s and keep up with stock evos and stis for $3300 isnt bad. But yeah Ill take your advice, talk to them a while. He told me by no means is he forcing me to buy the car, if I do not like it or do not think something is right I don't have to buy it.

Sorry didn't see this post before I read your PM.

1. Check the tires
2. Check the engine bay and interior for how clean it is.
3. Check all the fluids levels.
4. Make sure the A/C cranks real cold.
5. See if all the records are there. I would say if there is less then 90% of the maintenance records there DO NOT BUY IT.
6. Make sure all the POWER options work.
7. Check the exterior for defects.
8. Etc...
