1999 S70 T5 Fuel Air Metering

1999 S70 T5 110,000 miles with Check Engine Light and OBD code P1171 Fuel Air Metering. I changed the vacuum hoses, air cleaner element and MAF sensor but light and code keep returning. Any ideas?

Is the valve leaking in the induction hose just before the turbo?
