Default 1999 S70 T5 - stuck right now

Made it within 100 ft of work and car died at the lights Driving a 1999 S70 T5.

History
Needs brakes and PCV (idling bad and oil burning (not visibly)) and battery is weak

Made a stop at the lights and when the light turned green I pressed the gas a nothing happened. The dash was lit up (SRS light, StabilityControl light and ABS light. Radio then cut out. I tried to start it back up and it would not turn over. After a few tries, the radio came back on. I rolled it into work (much to the laughter of my collegues) and parker her. A few hours later she started up but soon went into limp mode (5 km hr. max.)

Anyone have any ideas on the problem(s)?

If your battery is bad I would start there.

Check the battery first. Then check fuses. If the battery is failing/ discharged, make sure the charging system is working okay. Also, check the battery cables, particularly the auxiliary cables that attach to the top of the battery terminal. These cables are prone to corrosion, and that's actually what provides power to everything but the starter. The nut that attaches it often gets warm, which causes it to come loose, which causes the connection to corrode, which causes it to get warmer, and loosen some more... I've seen that connection actually burn off. If it's corroded, it's not normal battery terminal corrosion, but rather, caused by heat. Detach it, clean it with a wire brush, coat it with dielectric grease (available from an auto parts store) and reinstall. Tighten securely, but not too tight. If none of these suggestions work, post again with any additional details, and I can try to suggest some more things.
