Default 9 ABS Codes?

My ABS light has been on for quite a while. When I had my dashboard replaced, the mechanic took the car to a friend in the local Volvo service dept. The mechanic told me yesterday that it showed 9 codes ... That seems like a lot for just ABS.

I might eventually get around to having my ABS rebuilt/resoldered. Will that remedy the "9 codes"? I assume these codes were read from the OBD-II, right? He didn't give me the codes, so I will have to have someone else read them for more clarification.

If the light has been on for a while, the codes probably accumulated over time. A bad ABS module could be the culprit and it's a common problem.

I didn't know that codes would accumulate like that. I bought a module at a junkyard a year ago so that I could put it in while I sent mine out for repair. I didn't like the idea of driving around w/o a speedo.

If I'm super lucky this one will not need fixing ...
