Default 98 Volvo S70 GLT build

Ever since i got a ARD orange tune my car had issues, First time CYL #1 exhaust valve went bad, only changed 1 valve on the head due to money issues after spending 1200 for a port polish job.. 4 months later my car was hitting 16psi and boom CYL #3 NO compression. I think it was 31PSI in that one, i looked at the spark plug' the tip was melted off.
So i think that ARD is crap, didn't tune noting my car ran better without the tune, car was faster without the tune.

Well enough of that, i am taring down my engine sort of a tare down. haha.
I want to build it for at least 400-420hp.
Now I'd like to know what parts i need and a good tune, no matter how good the parts are if the tune is not good then it's pointless.
What i wanna know is what is the best tune for me

I am getting rods, stock pistons stock crank, no sleeves. I will have the head build mildly, now can i put 93 cams on the s70 glt engine or what?
And if i use the 93 cams is there a certain way to time them, or are the timing marks the same. Give me a list of parts i need to be a daily 400hp car. I don't want to spend 5000 dollars for a build. i'm looking at 2500. I got a gt30 turbo and a custom downpipe already. I am willing to spend the most 900 on a good good tune. I'm getting rsi rods and bearings and arp studs all around. Help please
