Default 99 s70 no tail lamps, marker lamps or dashlights

I have a 1999 Volvo s70 that was working fine. I noticed the tail lamps, dash lamps, and marker lamps quit working. It blows fuse # 35 under the hood as soon as I turn the ignition to the run position. This is an accessory fuse but its keeping those lights from functioning. Has anyone ran into this, I have all the diagrams and they aren't very good. Apparently it runs thru several modules from fuse 35. And help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Scott

Well, one longshot way is you could follow the wiring path back from the fuse and disconnect items one at a time until you find the one that blows the fuse. Otherwise if you have a volt ohm meter, start checking at each connector to see if you can find a short to ground.
