Default 99 S70 not sure what to do...

Hi all,

I've a beautiful '99 white manual S70, my first and only car, that I spent a year working at Academy Sport & Outdoors saving up for in high school back in '05

Sadly, though, it's on its way out. It has pretty bad hail damage, scratched paint on the rear bumper (there when I got it), small piece of the rear bumper that's broken (ok, that happened in a parking lot from someone barreling down and I couldn't see them past a van), no radio, the heater core needs to be replaced, the A/C is on its way out and doesn't work in hot weather (I live in Texas...), needs new tires, new front control arms, inspection expired... and it has ~150k miles.

At this point I'd really like to get something newer and more fuel efficient, but I'm not really sure what to do with the Volvo... Who would buy such a junked up car? At the bare minimum the control arms and tires need to be replaced, so it seems like at most I could get a couple hundred bucks out of it after time and repair costs. I love the seats... could I keep them to use indoors for a gaming room, or something? Or is it still worthwhile to try and sell...?

Any ideas?

I would put up an honest ad and see how it goes. There are many people out there that need something either for parts and or to fix up and use.
