Default Abs light,traction light, ob2 code p1672

Hey guys, I have a 2000 S70 with a 155000 miles and I have my ABS light, traction light. I did ob2 diagnostic and coded at p1672 and I was wondering if anybody had any help I had the car checked out and was told i had bad struts and shocks all around.upper and lower broken motor mounts, mass air flow sensor, outer tie rods, and abs pump.

Well, it sounds like you have a few things to fix. In ordr of importance I would fix the motor mounts, ABS pump, mass Air flow and then shocks/struts and tie rods. if you are handy with tools, you can do them yourself. Lots of write ups here on the forum. Also check the 850 section as the 850 is basically identical save for a few differences. As for ABS, do a quick search on it and you will find how to remove the unit and who to send it to for repair. We had ours done about a year ago and it fixed the ABS and traction control issues.

The ABS light in those models is almost always bad solder joints in the unit. Send it to BBA Remanufacturing and your problem will likely go away.

Has anyone ever use xemodex to rebuild an ABS pump?
