Default AC pressure - "Max 6 N.m"

I never fill AC before - Now I'm planing to do for my Volvo S70 - 1998 non-turbo model.

The AC valve cap says "Max 6 N.m". What is the "N.m" - From my academic background, it meas "energy". Pressure always meassured on "Pa" - Pascal. How do I relate this N.m to Pa.

How much I have to fill in Pa for my Volvo S70.

Thanks in advance for your valuable response.

Regards

The number on the cap means thats how much they want to to torque the cap to.

The system holds 1.63 Lbs.
