Adding Power Driver Seat to S70
I want to add a power driver seat to my 98 S70. I found a set of mint 850 seats that bolt in with a slight mod to the seatbelt hardware. The strange part is that on the driverside there is only one plug for the heated seat, but on the passenger side, there is a plug for the heat and then another harness that could plug right in to the power seat control on the driver side. My car had manual seats from new. I did extend and reroute the power harness to the driver side but the seat still does not work. I searched the site and found some mention of additional relays to drive the power seats? Anyone have any ideas. Thanks.....................................

RE: Adding Power Driver Seat to S70
I"l take a look for the plug. Do I have to add that relay? On the relay box under the hood, the normal access pannel exposes the standard fuses (I think 1-36). If you unscrew the four screws on the cover pannel and remove it, it exposes i believe four more slots for fuses or relays (37-40). Slot 37 has a silver fuse or relay already in it. Any Ideas? Thanks

RE: Adding Power Driver Seat to S70
Ok i figured it out. Below the two standard rows of fuses numbered 1-36 there are 4 slots of the larger fuses (fuseable link, relay, im not shure what it is) labeled 37-40. 37 is being used and the fuse (silver like you mentioned) is labeled 12v 20amp. I pulled it out and tried it in the other slots and when I pluger it in slot 40 the seat worked! Thanks again!
