Default antena ring (ignition)

Hello everyone!
Just trying to find out has anyone ever replaced antena ring around the ignition key hole? Does it have to be done by dealer and what is the cost of such repair? Search didnt give me much information.
Here is the deal: my 1999 s70 has 4 codes and they come in this order:
p1057
p0600 communication link
p1081 immobilizer communication
p1024
These are manufacturers codes and they dont give out much information or explanation what exactly is the problem here.
My friend told me that i have a problem with antena ring around key hole. To his credit, car did refuse to stay running few times today. It would start and die immediately. Than i took the key out of ignition and put another key in and it started fine and stayed running. Other time when it happened i just took the key out of ignition, turned it around (same key) and it started fine and stayed running. Basically it would only happend on start-up, if car stays running for those first 2 seconds it will be fine for remainder of the trip, no problems when driving or idleing at stop lights. So, it is some funky business with key(s), I just dont know what exactly it is and how to deal with it?!
Any ideas/suggestions?
Thanks!

ive seen several times the ignition key is to blame for this problem it has a chip inside the the that the antenna ring picks up all that does is send the key code to the imobilizer to see if its the proper key. the antenna ring dosen't have to be programed.
but the key does .

So it has to be done by dealer? Any idea of the cost? And what exactly happens to the antena ring so it doesnt recognize this key anymore?
thanks for your input!

Check out my thread at https://volvoforums.com/forum/volvo-s70-33/s70-cranks-stalls-cranks-stalls-37465/
You'll see that I had the P0181 code, as well. I took the steering wheel cover off, put dielectric grease in the immobilizer ring plug and all has been well for the last month.
