2000 s70. Blower motor works intermittently with no noticeable pattern. If I manipulate the plug up/down the motor will
Turn on. Meter shows the plug is definitely hot so I just need some verification that it is the blower before I go ahead and buy one.

Pull it, put 12 volts on it to see if it works.

 

Similarly, the blower motor in my 1996 850 doesn't work in settings 1,2,3, or 4. It does work intermittently after going over a bump. Most likely the resist or blower motor needing grease or both? Thanks all!

 

Run a wire to it and find out.
