Default Brake pad suggestion

Going to buy new brake pads soon and I was searching through threads on here to find what people recommend and it seems everyones opinion is different. I have ceramic pads right now and they squeal at low speeds. I don't really remind the brake dust because I wash my car at least once a week and I have black rims. I saw some organic pads on IPD and they don't look that bad but I just wanted some opinions before I spend the money. Thanks.

I've stuck with the ceramics...I get a little squeaking when backing up, none going forward. I had organics and I don't think you get as much stopping power out of them. PLUS...the dust!! Squeak doesn't bother me too much to want to switch them out...

Avoid organic pads. Yes, they're quieter, but there's a reason Volvo didn't use organic material. They don't stop as well, and they wear out super- fast. Any good quality semi- metallic or ceramic is a good idea. Want to get rid of noise? thoroughly clean all surfaces that the pad touches- caliper piston, caliper inside, and the caliper bracket where the pads ride. Lubricate the caliper slides with grease intended for that purpose, then use some kind of anti- squeal compound- I prefer the spray- on type- and coat the back of the pads. If you still get squeal, you can bevel the edges of the pads, then recoat with anti- squeal compound. Good luck.
