Default Cold Start Issue w/video. HELP.

Alright, so I posted here last year with the same issue. I never did solve the problem and had another vehicle to drive at that time so the Volvo hung out in the garage for the winter. Well, it's cold enough now to where the Volvo is having the same problem, however I've made more progress on it this year.

I have a 1998 Volvo S70 GLT. Love the car when it's running right, currently love/hate relationship. Last year some of the suggestions people made (and in accordance with the ECT Sensor code that was being thrown) I replaced the Engine Coolant Temp Sensor, Mass Air Flow sensor, distributor and cap, plugs, and wires. None of these replacements fixed the issue.

I made a discovery yesterday morning, however, and would like some input on it. Here are the 2 videos that explain and show the discovery:

Video 2 (Here's the noise):

Any help would be appreciated!

Could not hear the noise, however, a bad fuel pump relay can cause starting issues in cold weather.
