coolant light is on
Hello there
I need some help. The coolant was changed out by dealer about 4 months ago. The reason was the coolant light came up, the overflow tank was empty and I had to add about 1 L. of water, just to keep it going before take it to dealer.
Again last night the coolant light came up and I check the overflow tank and it was empty. I have to add about a 1 L. of water (didn’t have coolant)
I checked the car and my garage there is no sign of leak. I wonder if anybody had the same issue before.
Also the coolant from dealer, does it need to be mixed with water or I can add it as is whenever it’s necessary? (till find the root cause)
Best

I know the heater core is a common problem, but I didn't have any issue with the heater, worked fine during the cold winter here in canada.
Also is there any way that I can check the heater core myself? I also heart about the pin hole in some RAD tubing.
is it the timeto replce all hoses in the car? asit is almot 10 years old and the rubbers mayhave developed some carck? what do you think, any recommendation? is it expensive
