You can get them new for less than that, with lifetime warranty. Check out a few websites. I am not a big fan of A1 Cardone *anything*. Rockauto caries EMPI and a few others. But there are lots of sites with lower prices, though you pay shipping in some cases.

The Autzone one didn't actually fit my 99 S70 GLT. Wasn't even close. It was made in China. Not sure if it's them trying to make more money saying it fits or the manufacturer.

I found a mom and pop Euro Auto Parts store that had a brand new one for the same price including the overnight shipping. Can't recall the brand though. Sorry.

If you can afford it, go with OEM. Raxles, America's premier supplier of OE quality CV Axles and CV joints - Raxles Inc. is the place to shop for Volvo axles. Other brands may last a fraction of the time an OEM axle will last.

On the other hand, If you don't mind swapping them out every 18 months or the vibrations you may get with low quality product, get any brand. It really is NO FUN replacing parts that you changed last year. If you plan to dump the car soon, it really doesn't matter.
