Can I replace a B5234T3 engine with a B5254T? Both are turbo, S70's. The B5254T is from a GLT . They look identical, but I believe the B5254T is a 2.4L and the B5234T3 is a 2.3L. Would this be OK as long as I swap the ECU with it?

Why do you want to put 2.4 in place of 2.3? But yea you can swap em out.

 

I want to replace my B5234T3 (2.3L) with another B5234T3, due to a catastrophic failure, but I'm having a tough time finding one - or one that is cheap. The 2.4L are plentiful in the U-Pull-It yards. My main question is will it bolt up to my A/T and what other modifications would I need to do?

I got a s70 t5 speed whole car just needs 2doors and a vector rim then she will run got title hand some lady droped it off at my work i let it go for dirt cheap
