Firewall rattle

Firewall rattle that follows with the idle of the engine and seams to be coming from the center of the firewall, I checked the air filter and it’s pretty solid any advice for this?

The sv70 dashboard mounting tabs break off and make horrendous noises - is it possibly coming from the dash? - it's screwed to the firewall in 4 places.

Top motor mount

Possibly the top motor mount is shot? Just changed mine out as it was bad. Didn’t have a rattle but if it’s bad enough. ?????

Probably could use new mounts it’s at 180000 and I just bought the vehicle, I did the timing service and pcv, next thing I was going to look into was vvt
