Fog/driving light install

Fog/driving light install
While I was a the salvage yard, I found a 1999 s70 t5 that still had Fog/driving lights. The switch was missing. I installed the lamps, the wiring pigtails were there.
I have a lot of electrical experience, I have factory wiring diagram. Now the question, a Volvo with out Fog/driving lights have relays on the car from the factory?
The reason I ask is getting to the relay is a lot of work. If I don't have to remove the fuse panel would save me a lot of time.
If I have to remove the fuse block is there any short cuts?
Thanks for reading....

I think that fog light relay is the crazy one that is just a jumper. One of the relays is actually empty and has two pins connected by a wire, but the outside looks like a relay. I may be wrong about its application but I think it's the front fog light "relay". I don't think it would be on the car from the factory.
if I'm right, at least you know the relay is not required to carry the load and you could just run a wire. However, as you know, finding a place to pull wire through the firewall is going to be at least a little inconvenient.
