Default fog light switch

dose any one know if i can use a factory fog light switch for aftermarket fog lights. I have the all wired to the switch but would like to use a factory switch. I know i can get all the stuff for factory ones and i did. but i was having trouble with the factory relays. so i got mad and decides to cut the wires and wire it my self. I know it was dumb. can anyone help with using the factory switch?

did your car come equiped with them? if so, the wiring is all ready there ready to be spliced into for the aftermarket fogs, if not, the wiring is still there for the fogs, all you need is the switch and do some splicing and you're set.

at least thats how mine was...

Nope... you can't really use the factory switch to power them, unless you use the factory wiring, or can figure out what wires do what on the switch.
