front wipers turn on when starting carr

the front wipers started coming on after I replaced the blades. They will wipe about 4 times and pause then wipe 4 times again, as if in an intermitten mode. dealer has replace switch on the column and issue still occurs.

Maybe the wiper motor is bad.
