Default fuel pressure and injector checking

I am trying to see if my fuel system is causing high long term fuel trim problem I have. Mine 99 S70 T5 with 97000 miles on it.
I need to know whether my fuel injector resistance is within spec
Ohm tester results are 13.0, 12.8, 12.8, 12.7, and 12.6 for injector 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 respectively. Are these normal values?
Also, my fuel pressure at schrader valve at the end of fuel rail is 56.5 psi while idling.
The fuel pressure spec I can find was 54-57psi which is much higher than that of 850, which I believe 40-45psi. If this is true, my pressure is OK, but I want to make sure it is.
If my fuel pressure is OK, does it mean that my fuel pressure damper is ok too? I don't see anything leaking out around injectors or fuel pressure damper. My fuel pressure damper does not have vacuum line attached.

Default

Well, I found the spec for my injector Bosch 280-155-830. It's 12 Ohm.
Then, my question is if my injectors are 13 Ohms, how much this would affect long term fuel trim?

Default Resistance reading of V70 / S60 fuel pump ohms

Hi, can anyone tell me what the resistance of a 2003 petrol V70 fuel pump should be?
I am reading about 30 ohms on what I think is the fuel pump motor.
My pump had a 6-pin plug on the top of the white pump under the round hatch.
There are 5 wires on the plug, I am assuming that the thick BLACK and thick BLUE are me motor wires.
I have tried connection 12 volts to these and the pump will not run.

My car will not pump petrol, nothing at the fuel rail, any suggestions would be very much appreciated, Thanks Alan
