I smell gas coming from under the Hood,it,s coming from a round part located under the aluminum plate that covers the fuel injectors between injector 1 and 2

i want to know what that part is so I can replace it

That is a dampner.
You should be able to just replace the o-ring and be fine.

How do I remove the Damper and where can I buy that o-ring will I find it at autoparts

 

The dampner should just pull out like the injectors do.
You should be able to match one up somewhere.
