head light wiper stuck

what can I do to make the head light wiper on my 2000 S70 move, it is stuck half way across the head light?

They are activated by washing the windshield washer. If that doesn't do the trick, remove the wiper from the shaft and possition it where you want it. it has 1 bolt.

It fixed it self, turned car on and it reset to rest position, don`t know why
