Can any body help

My 1998 Volvo S70 2.5 has just failed its MOT.

It failed on both headlights not being bright enough, The reflective material or paint within the light unit is seriously degraded and not reflective enough. This is causing both lights to appare dim.

Does anybody know if the reflective parts within the headlight units are replaceable or would i have to buy the whole light units.

Does any body know where i can buy both passanger and drivers side head lamp units at reasonable costs, possibly good second hand or broken down car parts.

AUTO parts store sell something to resurface the lenses to make them look like new.
