I have a 2000 S70 and the heat/ac fans are working only intermittently (sp). If I leave the ac on the fans will blow cold air for a few minutes then stop for maybe a half hour then start again. Im thinking this is some type of a relay that has gone bad.
I would appreciate any thoughts on this situation.

Which climate control system to you have? MCC or ECC? When it stops, try to switch the fan to the fastest speed setting to see if it will work in full force. If so, it is likely a bad fan resistor.
