As i exited the freeway the other night my car shut off. I try'd to restart it but nothing happend, i had no lights, or anything, I think I may have blown a fuse, has anyone ever had a problem like this and if so how did you fix it.

 

Does the battery have a charge on it?
Maybe the Alt. went out and was running on the battery till it died.

 

Adding to that, many "B" battery cables are now going bad at 10 years, if bad, they won't hold a charge

 

Sounds like what tech says, did you have any dash warning lights on while driving down interstate?
