Hot Ignition Key???
Anyone ever had a problem with a hot ignition key? Not electrical hot, temperature hot. I'm deployed to Iraq, and my wife told me the key got really hot this afternoon after a 10 minute drive. Ideas??? It's a '99 S70 with about 109k, and yes, it's showing the ETM problem...

This assumes non-OE accessories haven't been added that are excessively loading the switch... or I suppose it's possible some OE load downstream of the ignition switch is drawing excessive current too, but if this is a high mileage car, i would start with ignition switch (electrical component).
Also, i would ck out xemodex for the ETM fix.
